Divorce cases may or may not involve child custody and child support issues. Property and debts are fairly and equitably divided, not necessarily 50/50. I try to be very pragmatic with advice to clients regarding the division of assets and debts.

Child Custody cases including those in a divorce, parenting action or amendment to a parenting plan can be very emotional. I strive to try to keep the emotion to a minimum and have the focus be on what is in the best interests of the child or children.
